AnamnesiA is a GM-less psychological horror RPG for 2–4 players. Your characters wake up with no memory of a traumatic event. Through fragmented, contradictory memories, you piece together what happened — and what you did.

There is no victory. There is no defeat. There is only the story you build together, and the price you pay to remember.

The Right-Hand Rule: the player to your right interprets the result of your dice roll. Not you. Your past belongs to someone else at the table.

This is the complete zine. Everything from the free Quickstart, plus everything that makes AnamnesiA a full game.

Two complete scenarios:

The Incident — You wake up in a sterile private clinic. The smell of disinfectant. A fifth bed, empty, made up with too much care. You signed something voluntarily. Or did you? 24 Fragment Cards, a hidden truth, three NPCs, and a phase-by-phase guide for the Custodian.

The Betrayal — An apartment at dawn. Bottles, dirty plates, a dark stain on the floor that might be red wine. A dinner between friends that ended in something irreversible. Narrative triggers, a real-time timeline, and a truth that implicates everyone at the table.

Expanded Custodian's Guide — 5 full pages: Managing silence. Reading the table. The art of the question. Handling emotional pressure. Pacing across five cycles. This is the section that separates a good session from an unforgettable one.

Phase Complication Generators: Three separate d6 tables (Fog, Connections, Revelations) for when the Custodian needs an immediate narrative spark. Designed specifically for each phase of the game.

Game Variants: Custodianless Mode, where narrative responsibility is distributed among all players and a fictional empty chair becomes part of the fiction. Campaign Mode across 3–5 sessions, with persistent Echo trauma between sessions and an interconnected truth that reveals itself in the final session. Light Thriller Mode, for groups who want the mystery without the full psychological weight.

Expanded Session Zero: Checklist, Lines and Veils tables by category, post-game debrief guide, and additional safety tools. This section is mandatory, not optional.

Appendix: The Lethe Infection: A parasitic mechanic that brings the Right-Hand Rule into your traditional RPG campaigns. Three full system integrations: Mörk Borg (Corrupted Omens, Presence drain), Old-School Essentials (Void Curse, replaces level drain), Call of Cthulhu 7e (Fugue State, corrupts Backstory entries). Includes three 1d10 Mnemonic Spark Tables (The Blood, The Mind, The Soul) with 30 memory prompts for when the player to your right needs inspiration.

Universal Fragments (v2.0): Three 2d6 tables covering all three Acts. Play without printed cards, or run improvised scenarios from scratch.
